1. Research & Discovery
Before jumping into design, I focused on understanding how users discover, trust, and book experts across different domains.
Conducted user interviews and desk research across healthcare, fitness, legal, financial, and astrology domains
Analyzed existing teleconsultation and expert-booking platforms to identify fragmentation, trust gaps, and usability issues
Studied real-world expert workflows such as appointment scheduling, availability management, payments, and document sharing
Identified key user roles: User (Seeker), Expert (Provider), and Platform Admin
Documented domain-specific trust signals like certifications, testimonials, tone, and communication style
2. UX Strategy & Information Architecture
Translated research insights into a unified yet adaptable experience.

Designed clear user journeys for both users and experts while maintaining role-specific needs
Structured bottom navigation and core flows to reduce cognitive load and repetitive actions
