Futurist is a skill-based job platform designed to bridge the gap between talented professionals and modern recruiters through AI-powered soft skill validation and structured hiring workflows.
The platform addresses two major challenges in today’s hiring ecosystem:
Talents often possess strong technical skills but struggle with soft skills, professional positioning, and understanding real hiring expectations in large enterprises.
Recruiters face difficulty identifying candidates with the right behavioral and communication competencies, often relying on subjective interviews without structured evaluation systems.
