Futurist is a skill-based job platform designed to bridge the gap between talented professionals and modern recruiters through AI-powered soft skill validation and structured hiring workflows.

The platform addresses two major challenges in today’s hiring ecosystem:

  • Talents often possess strong technical skills but struggle with soft skills, professional positioning, and understanding real hiring expectations in large enterprises.

  • Recruiters face difficulty identifying candidates with the right behavioral and communication competencies, often relying on subjective interviews without structured evaluation systems.

Futurist creates a unified ecosystem where talents can improve, validate, and showcase their soft skills through AI-based assessments and gamified learning, while recruiters gain access to structured evaluation tools and data-driven candidate ranking.

Problem Statement:

For Talents:

  • Lack of visibility into relevant job opportunities

  • No structured way to assess and improve soft skills

  • Limited understanding of eligibility criteria for dream companies

  • High rejection rates due to unmeasured communication & behavioural gaps

For Recruiters:

  • Difficulty identifying job-ready candidates beyond resumes

  • Over-reliance on interview assumptions

  • No centralized tracking for soft skill evaluation

Solution:

I designed a dual-experience platform that integrates:

  • A Gamified AI Soft Skill Learning System

  • A Skill-based Talent Profile Platform

  • A Smart Recruiter Assessment & Hiring Dashboard

The platform enables talents to grow through interactive assessments and simulations while allowing recruiters to hire based on structured soft-skill intelligence rather than assumptions.
